Free stamps are available to Chicago-area youth groups and classrooms for purposes of starting a stamp club. You

The Chicago Philatelic Society has donated more than 1,000,000 stamps to Chicago children, through Taste of Chicago, Chicago
schools, parks, and libraries, including the Thomas Hughes Children's Library at the Harold Washington Library Center.
We also accept your donations of stamps for this program.
